Smule charges payment through Google Play Store. So you would not be able to find your card details in Smule. You can find it on google play store.
Follow these steps:
1. Open play store and click on your profile icon. You will find a list of menus. Click on payments and subscriptions.
2. On the next page, click on payment methods then you will find the below page. Now click on more payment settings.
3. Next, you will be asked to login to your account. After logging in, you will be able to see all your added payment methods like debit/credit card like below. Click on remove.
4. At last, finally click on remove again and your card will be removed.
