 1. First, go to the settings of your android mobile. Next, go to the notification and status bar.

2. Next click on manage notifications as given below.

3. Now click on the Gmail tab as given below. You can also click any other app, you have an error with.

4. Finally enable the allow notifications tab as you are watching (green) in the below-given image, make sure it is green.
