Add custom domain to blogger

 After creating blog, the most first thing to do is adding custom domain before writing any post.

Why? ... Because when you create a post then the url of the post gets created with the domain name. Let's take an example. Suppose:

You create your first 15 post. In them, 1 post gets ranked on Google. Now there is a url of your post that is ranked on Google and Google knows it by it's url.

Now you are going to add custom domain or going to change domain name. Then what will happen? Now your blog post url will get changed with the new domain name.

When the url will change then the old url that is ranked on Google will become useless because it is changed now and when people will click on that url that will not work because that is useless, doesn't exist.

While there is a way to redirect people to the new url but how much you will do that. So the thing you should try, don't reach that situation.

How to add custom domain:

1. First you need to open settings of your blogger blog as given below:

2. Second, find add custom domain button, click on it. Add here your domain and save.

3. Then it will ask to verify your domain. Pick up the dns entries (don't let them lost) and enter them in your domain dns manegement section.
