Get 10k subscribers in your first month:

1. Post useful content:

Post content that is valuable. If people see it they will think like it's amazing, they have never known this. 

Take some time and think about you what types of channels you subscribe. People do the same. So avail them that type of content.

Set goal of minimum videos for each day like posting minimum 1 or 2 videos daily.

6. Advertise:

 8. Add music:

Type some text on video like topic in the starting, main points  in middle of the video and subscribe request at the last.

12. Add other videos link:

Add proper tags related to your video.

14. Add youtube videos in your blog:

Then you will also get traffic through your blog, if any. It is also good for blog's SEO because it will get backlinks from youtube.

15. Advertise on most viral channels:

You can contact most popular channels to advertise your channel if you can spend some money.

16. Upload again: 

If there are some videos on your channel with very important topic and there are no views on that. You can upload them again but the videos only with most valuable topic and remove the old one.

If your videos with most valuable knowledge get ranked, the no. of subscribers will be more.
