Internal links is the solution for this. If someone visits your ranked post and find the links of other articles, there is 98% chances that he would read another articles.
But if there is no internal links then there is only 5% chances that he would try to search another article on your blog. It's only possible if the visitor is liking or loving your blog.

Ans. Follow these steps:
1. Select the text.
2. Click on the link button as given in the image.
3. Paste the link of the post that you want to connect so that people would go on that post through this link.
If you want that this post will open in a new tab then click on 'open in a new tab'.
For telling Google not to follow this link, click on no follow attribute.
